VYRA is operated by YUBBEX LLC, 2744 East 27th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11235, USA (“we”). By using VYRA you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must be 18 or older and give accurate information. One free account per person. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Credits and billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Credits spent on a failed generation are returned automatically. Pack credits do not expire while your account is open.

Your content

You own the inputs you upload and, to the extent the law allows, the outputs you generate, and may use them commercially. You give us a licence to store and process them to run the service, and to show them publicly only if you choose Publish.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Content policy. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break it, without refund.

Third-party models

Generations run on third-party AI models. Outputs can be inaccurate or unexpected. The service is provided “as is”.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Disputes will be handled by the courts located in New York, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes by email or in the app.
