Refund policy

Failed generations are refunded in credits automatically, every time.

If you are charged for a subscription and have not used any of that period’s credits, email us within 7 days for a full refund.

Credit packs are refundable within 7 days if unused.

You can cancel anytime in Account → Manage or cancel plan. You keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
